Green Warrior Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice

  • 1 cup leafy greens (kale, spinach, etc.)

  • 1 large sweet apple (cored and cut)

  • 1 cup chopped cucumber

  • 1 medium/large celery stalk, chopped 

  • 3 tbsp. hemp hearts, to taste

  • 1/3 cup frozen mango

  • 2 tbsp. mint leaves

  • 1 1/5 tsp coconut oil (optional)

  • Ice cubes, as needed

Green Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup coconut/almond milk

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Handful of Kale (or other green)

  • Palm-full of chia seeds

  • 1/2 lime, squeezed

  • Grated ginger, to taste

  • 5 leaves of mint, chopped
