A tasting and pairing event at Woodside Farms. Featuring our very own, Chef Devon Hammer who will be presenting a few intricate flavor creations, pulling from multiple styles of cuisine, culture, and creativity. This brand new menu will be paired with Richmond’s premier moonshine distillery, Belle Isle Moonshine.

Chef Devon will guide you through this unforgettable 5-course meal. Sit back, relax and allow yourself to fall into self-indulgent bliss as each course is paired with its perfect spirited match.

We can't wait for you to sip a few and savor this delicious experience.  Seating is limited.

April's Menu Includes: 

Deconstructed Fruit Salad:
Plum Purée, spiced apple slices, orange compote, crisp chard greens, lavender dust garnish


Mini Eggplant Musubi:
Sticky rice, seared purple eggplant, wrapped in savory seaweed and served with avocado mayo. Toasted sesame seed garnish.


Braised pork Pupusas:
Harmony Hills braised pork, savory corn flour pupusa wrapped in banana leaf and steamed. Served with a pickled curtido relish (carrots, cabbage, red onion, cactus)


The Biscuit Plate:
House-made buttermilk biscuit, sautéed garlic, and spinach greens, roasted cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, soft boiled egg.


Dark Chocolate Apple Pie Mochi:
Hand whipped fresh cream, matcha mochi, topped with dark chocolate syrup.
