The 10-acre heart and soul of Chickahominy Falls, this four-season, professionally managed farm grows a curated mix of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers selected for their health and wellness benefits for people 55+ and better. At Woodside Farms, we work in conjunction with nature, utilizing farming methods such as cover cropping, integrated pest management, inter-planting composting, etc. Growing safe and nutritious fruits and vegetables for you is our goal.
The food grown here is for the homeowners at Chickahominy Falls as well as the greater community. Homeowners are eligible for a subscription to become members of the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Farm Share, which is a season’s worth of sustainable, grown produce all year long. The Self Serve Farm Stand is located at The Barn and is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm for homeowners and the public. Not only can you purchase fresh vegetables and fruits grown right here at Woodside Farms, we also have other local vendors such as fresh eggs, dairy products, and more. Once a month on Saturdays we host Pop-Up Farm Stands where you’ll be able to pick up not only your favorite Woodside Farms produce but also many other goods from new local vendors, live music, and chef-made meals sourced from the farm.
